History

A number of years ago I took voluntary redundancy from my job in IT so I decided to use the money to go travelling around South East Asia. This is where I completed my first design job while staying in a little hut on the beach in Koh Phangan.  Jack (adopted English name) was opening a new bar and asked if me if I could create a flyer for the opening night. With no laptop and only the resorts email machine to use, I set about creating the flyer using the incredibly flexible program Microsoft Paint and was surprised atpornxxxmobile how well it turned out!

That was the start. When I got back from travelling I decided to go to Greenwich University to learn more about Graphic Design. I have not looked back since.

So far I have created photo realistic track layouts for Hornby, morphed patients through the course of their orthodontic treatment, created logo’s, brands, brochures and website’s. I’ve organised photo-shoots and video shoots, worked for a record label covering brand identity to Album covers, helped with marketing and PR and organised launch parties.

Video services

The passion for video came about after being asked to film patient testimonials and then to create a waiting room DVD for an Orthodontic practice. This is when I realised that video and new media really is the way forward as the camera never lies, well unless you have a really good actor or video editor.

I also realised that most video services were out of the reach of most companies due to the high costs involved so I changed that and made video an affordable solution that most companies and individuals would be able to budget for.

More video work came in and The Broom Room Video was born, I was now a one-stop shop for all of your traditional media and new media needs.
